Zinc Alloy Easy Drive Anchor is engineered with a specially angled thread profile on the zinc alloy body that allows it to be screwed directly into soft and brittle base materials without pre-drilling in many cases. The self-threading action reduces installation time significantly. The flange head design seals the hole entrance and prevents the anchor from pulling through the fixture, making it an efficient solution for gypsum board, wood, and light masonry.
Step 1 - POSITION
Position the anchor at the required fixing point.
Step 2 - DRIVE
Apply firm downward pressure and turn the anchor clockwise until the flange is seated against the surface.
Step 3 - CHECK
Verify that the flange is seated properly and the anchor is fully installed.
Step 4 - INSERT SCREW
Thread the screw or bolt into the anchor body.
Step 5 - TIGHTEN
Tighten the screw or bolt to secure the fixture.
