Wedge Anchor (Through Bolt) features a split-body shell with an integrated expansion ring at the base. During installation, the center pin is driven downward, forcing the split shell segments outward so the expansion ring locks against the concrete in a positive mechanical interlock. The through-bolt design allows the anchor to pass completely through the fixture, making it ideal for applications where the bolt must extend beyond the fixture surface.
Step 1 - DRILL
Drill through the fixture into the base material to the specified diameter and depth.
Step 2 - CLEAN
Clean the hole with a hole brush and compressed air.
Step 3 - INSERT
Insert the anchor through the fixture into the drilled hole until it reaches the required embedment depth.
Step 4 - TIGHTEN
Tighten the nut or bolt with a calibrated torque wrench to the specified torque.
Step 5 - VERIFY
Verify that the anchor is fully expanded and the fixture is securely fastened.
