Anchors

Undercut Mechanical Anchor

  ■ Material

Carbon Steel ; Stainless Steel

  ■ Surface Finish

Zinc Plated ; Ruspert ; Mechanical Zinc Plated

  ■ Product Description

Undercut Mechanical Anchor creates a positive mechanical interlock by seating into a specially prepared undercut at the bottom of the drilled hole. The anchor features a tapered expansion sleeve that, when set by torque, draws into the undercut groove and locks the anchor in place without generating expansion stress in the surrounding concrete. This makes it ideal for applications requiring minimal edge distance and close spacing.
