Nylon Hammer Drive In Anchor
■ Material
PA66 Nylon ; Carbon Steel Nail
■ Surface Finish
Plain (Nylon) ; Zinc Plated (Nail)
■ Product Description
Nylon Hammer Drive In Anchor combines a PA66 nylon body with a zinc-plated steel nail. The anchor is simply inserted into a pre-drilled hole and fixed by driving the steel nail flush with the anchor head using a hammer. The nail expands the nylon body radially into the borehole, creating a friction-locked and form-locked connection. This anchor is designed for the fastest possible light-duty fixations where the nail head sits flush with the surface.

Step 1 - DRILL
Drill the hole to the specified diameter and depth.

Step 2 - CLEAN
Clean the hole with a brush or compressed air.

Step 3 - INSERT
Insert the anchor body through the fixture and into the drilled hole until the anchor head or flange is seated.

Step 4 - HAMMER
Drive the nail into the anchor body with a hammer until it is flush with the anchor head or flange.

Step 5 - VERIFY
Verify that the anchor is fully expanded and the fixture is securely held.
