■ Product Description
Hit Anchor is a through-fix expansion anchor where a separate hit pin, struck by a hammer, drives the expansion cone into the sleeve to lock the anchor against the borehole wall. This impact-set mechanism allows for extremely rapid installation and is especially effective when multiple anchors need to be set in quick succession across a large fixture such as a base plate or structural beam.

Step 1 - DRILL
Drill through the fixture into the base material to the specified diameter and depth.

Step 2 - CLEAN
Clean the hole with a hole brush and compressed air.

Step 3 - INSERT
Insert the anchor through the fixture into the drilled hole.

Step 4 - SET
Strike the pin, cone, or setting element with a hammer until the anchor is fully expanded and locked in place.

Step 5 - VERIFY
Verify that the anchor is fully set and the fixture is securely fastened.
