Heavy Safety Sleeve Anchor

  ■ Material

Carbon Steel ; Stainless Steel

  ■ Surface Finish

Zinc Plated ; Ruspert ; Mechanical Zinc Plated

  ■ Product Description

Heavy Safety Sleeve Anchor is equipped with a ribbed sleeve that interlocks with the concrete during expansion, effectively preventing any rotation or spinning of the anchor body during installation. The multi-point expansion mechanism distributes load across a wider contact area, significantly improving performance under seismic and dynamic loading conditions. It is specifically designed for safety-relevant fastenings where reliability cannot be compromised.

    Step 1  -  DRILL

Use a hammer drill with the specified carbide bit diameter to drill through the fixture and into the concrete to the required embedment depth.

    STEP 2  -  CLEAN

    Step 2  -  CLEAN

Remove all dust and debris from the hole using a compressed-air blow gun and a hole brush. Repeat blowing and brushing until the hole is clean.

    Step 4  -  TIGHTEN

Tighten the top hex nut with a calibrated torque wrench to the specified installation torque. This draws the cone upward, expanding the sleeve against the concrete wall and locking the anchor in place.

    STEP 5  -  VERIFY

    Step 5  -  VERIFY

Verify that the anchor is fully expanded and the fixture is securely fastened.
