Anchors

Chemical Anchor
(Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel)

  ■ Material

Resin Capsule (Vinyl Ester) / Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel Rod

  ■ Surface Finish

Zinc Plated ; Ruspert ; Mechanical Zinc Plated

  ■ Product Description

Chemical Anchor relies on chemical adhesion between styrene-free vinyl ester resin and the anchor rod to create a permanent, stress-free bond inside the drilled hole. The resin fills voids and interlocks with the concrete substrate, providing exceptional load capacity even in reduced-spacing or edge-distance conditions. No expansion stress is generated in the base material during setting.
